Effective Classroom Management: A Sine Qua Non to Effective Teaching in a School Setting

A classroom is a place where teacher teaches the learners and learn from teacher. Being workshop of teaching learning take place, management needs to be accorded priority attention. It believed that if given attention, so will effective achieved. In this paper, issue examined, with focus on elements, such as use chalkboard, communication, aids/instructional materials, evaluation lesson, behavioural challenges, noise-making, sleeping, fighting, reading, writing, eating, hissing, foot-dragging, just mention few; well environment, are examined. The paper recommends how achieve ultimately, in setting, instructional challenges.
